A special PCBA line that can accommodate up to 1.6 meters long and 0.5 meters wide PCBs has been commissioned and is now fully operational in the manufacturing facilities of ATEC Connectivity. This is in line with the relentless drive of ATEC Connectivity to expand and improve its capabilities for its customers and partners. This set up is used mainly for massive MIMO Base Station Antennas.

The automated PCBA line set-up includes a Panasonic NPM-W2 pick and place machine and a 13 zones Heller 1913 MK3. While at the end of the line, an automatic optical inspection machine is placed to support the whole operations. This brings ATEC as one of the few that can offer these capabilities in the Asian region.
